TruDesign Long Domed Skin Fitting

Ensure watertight plumbing through thick hulls with the TruDesign Long-Domed Skin Fitting, precision-moulded in New Zealand from strong, glass-reinforced nylon composite. Designed with an extended threaded length (≈140 mm) for bulkheads ≥32 mm, it offers superior stiffness, toughness, and reduced weight compared to metal fittings—without electrical bonding or corrosion issues 

This fitting is type-approved to ISO 9093‑2 by IMCI/Bureau Veritas and meets ABYC H-27 static load standards (500 lb) when used with the TruDesign load-bearing collar . Suitable for use above or below the waterline and compatible with ball valves, hose tails, and other APS composite plumbing parts, it resists chemicals, UV, temperature extremes (–40 °C to +110 °C), and can be painted to match your hull
