The Harken 40 mm Carbo Cheek Block (2644) is a compact, side-mount pulley that perfectly balances low weight, high strength, and smooth performance—ideal for vangs, outhauls, mainsheet fine-tune, traveler controls, and other critical control lines on dinghies, sportboats, and small keelboats.

Crafted with Harken’s open Carbo Air design, this block features carbon-composite side cheeks, a 40 mm Delrin® sheave, and precision stainless steel ball bearings. The shell is UV-stabilised, reinforcing durability in harsh marine environments.
