Shipping & Returns


We aim to have orders delivered within a couple of days, however sometimes a delivery delay is out of our control. We do not stock every item offered online and in some circumstances, we may be required to bring a product in from one of our many suppliers. If there will be a delay, one of our sales staff will contact you.

Smaller orders being delivered to an Island will be made with Courier Post if available. If an ordered item is too large/heavy for this service, delivery will be to the closest mainland wharf or suitable airport. The receiver will then need to arrange collection or movement from there on at their own expense. We will contact you prior to dispatch if this is the case.

Export Orders

We are happy to send orders to overseas customers. If you live outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we can process an export sale manually.



All goods will be shipped with the standard carrier's insurance. Items must be thoroughly checked inside and out at time of delivery ensuring all products are in good condition. As per strict courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim/replacement on the items.



Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from us, please contact us to discuss how we can make it better and figure out a resolution. If a credit is arranged, we will require the item be returned back to the shop in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. All returned items for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and if the item was a free shipping item, This cost will be removed from the refund total.

Clearance Items: Products identified and advertised as clearance will not be accepted if returned, unless faulty.

No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition, books or cut lengths of line, rigging, hose, piping, etc. Special order items are also non-returnable.



Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.


Freight Free

When free freight is offered, there are only some exclusions. It excludes heavy and bulky items like some anchor winch packages, stoves and ovens. Also, the offer is only available for New Zealand customers.
