International Toplac Plus 1L

Toplac Plus is a deep lustrous 1-part finish with excellent durability and enhanced UV stability replacing Brightside in our range. Toplac Plus lasts twice as long as conventional one-part enamels.

Toplac Plus offers silky-smooth flow-out characteristics and is exceptionally easy to apply by brush, roller or pad to all substrates.

Toplac Plus is a premium quality, one part silicone alkyd copolymer finish. The mineral 'silicon' can be manipulated to form long chain molecules known as 'Silicone'. Silicone compounds are tough, extremely unreactive and long lasting. By incorporating silicone polymer into the actual resin the resin's exterior exposure resistance is significantly improved.

The more Silicone polymer the higher the exterior exposure resistance will be. Toplac Plus is a blend of siliconised and carbon based resins, producing a product with excellent exterior exposure performance. The siliconisation also imparts improved flow and an exceptional gloss and DOI.

The silicone modification of the alkyd resin in Toplac Plus should not be confused with the silicone chemicals used in cleaners, polishes and other additives which can cause surface contamination problems resulting in cissing and other defects when painting. The silicone modification in Toplac Plus results in no free silicone and no problems when painting or re-coating.
